Xiaomi Introduces New Budget Friendly Smartwatch: Redmi Watch Move
Redmi Watch Move was launched on April 21, 2025. It is made locally in Noida, India. This is Xiaomi’s first Indian-made smartwatch. You can grab yours on Mi.com, Flipkart, and retail shops. The first sale begins on May 1, 2025. Pre-booking starts from April 24, 2025.
It is priced at only ₹1,999 in India. You can grab Redmi Watch Move in 4 colors: Black Drift, Blue Blaze, Silver Sprint, and Gold Rush. The company will also sell straps in more colors.
For fast navigation it features a spinning crown. With a curved 1.85-inch AMOLED display and up to 600 nits screen brightness is something that makes it worth buying. The display supports a refresh rate of 50–60 Hz. It also has Always-On Display support.

Smart Features and HyperOS Support
Xiaomi has added their own HyperOS system here. It allows users to sync notes and tasks. Another standout feature is it’s calendar events syncing and accurate weather updates. This works well with other Xiaomi devices.
Redmi Watch Move supports Bluetooth calling feature too. Users can make calls without touching their phone. Hindi language is available for better understanding. More Indian languages may come soon.

Redmi Watch Move has a strong 300 mAh battery. It lasts 14 days without Always-On Display. With AoD turned on, it lasts 5 days. Just 10 minutes of charging gives 2 days’ use.
